• Mediation or arbitration will be conducted in Lithuania, in accordance with local ADR rules.
• The decision of the arbitrator will be binding, except in cases where legal action is necessary to enforce the arbitrator’s decision.

13. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or technical failures.
